FUGE CAMPS
FUGE Camps are a big part of Memorial’s youth program. In the past, Memorial’s youth frequently attended Centrifuge which was a camp that primarily focused on building relationships with youth and other youth from across the county. Memorial primarily attends MissionFuge now, which are Baptist camps placed at strategic places throughout the United States where youth are able to volunteer in community building projects, non-profit care centers for the elderly, and lead children’s VBS camps.
DEEP IMPACT
Deep Impact Camps focus primarily on meeting the physical needs of people in the communities where the camps are strategically placed. Most of that need is construction or rehab, and in the case of some of the International Deep Impact trips the need can be construction of a worship facility or a church, similar to what our youth accomplished in Honduras.
