MEN’S MINISTRY

NC Baptist Men

Our men’s ministry strives to bring men into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ by offering spiritual growth opportunities, support and fellowship with other Christian men.  We help the men of MBC to share time in growing as Christians and teach them to minister to others by focusing on living Godly lives by seeking guidance from His Word, the Bible. This ministry touches lives in our community, our state, our country, and internationally.  Whether it is assisting widows in Williamston with light bulbs or yard work, or helping by building a ramp to assist someone to be able to in and out of the house, our men are constantly helping our neighbors. From cooking breakfast for the church on Easter morning to providing a special banquet for our single ladies at Valentines or supplying food boxes for the needy at Thanksgiving and Christmas, our men are sharing God’s love in the community.  Our monthly fellowship meetings provide for times of Bible studies, interesting speakers, and of course, often there is some fine eating!

Disaster Relief and Missions

Many of our men are very active in Baptist on Mission Disaster Relief which carries them across the state, the country and literally, around the world.  They stay up to date with training provided by N.C. Baptist on Mission and enjoy occasional men’s rallies with other men from our region.

RAMP BUILDING

Part of the Baptist Men’s group ministry to the local area is building ramps for the elderly and disabled in our community.  This group is lead and coordinated by Alvin Wadsworth – contact the church office to join them!
